All rights reserved.
No content may be copied, republished, modified, distributed, trained into AI systems, or used commercially without explicit written permission.
2. Personal Use License
Individuals are granted a non-transferable personal-use license.
This means you may:
✔ Read the educational material
✔ Watch the videos
✔ Download the PDFs for personal study
✔ Take notes or create summaries for your own understanding
But you may not:
✘ redistribute the material
✘ upload the material to other websites
✘ use it in your own teaching or courses
✘ translate and publish it
✘ use it in commercial activity
✘ use it in any AI training dataset
All personal-use access is read-only, not republishable.
3. Academic & Educational Use
Educators and researchers who wish to use FM material in:
-
classrooms
-
seminars
-
public talks
-
university courses
-
research papers
-
academic presentations
must request written permission first:
Permission may be granted depending on context, attribution, and accuracy requirements.
4. Prohibition on AI Training & Machine Learning Use
All FM content is explicitly protected from:
-
AI model training
-
dataset aggregation
-
embedding into vector databases
-
scraping for large language models
-
derivative AI-generated works based on the FM model
Unless explicit permission is given in writing, no FM content may be used in any AI training pipeline.
This includes commercial, academic, and hobbyist AI systems.
5. No Alteration or Repackaging
You may not:
✘ edit
✘ remix
✘ rebrand
✘ recreate diagrams
✘ synthesize voiceovers
✘ generate pseudo-“FM content”
…in a way that presents itself as official FM learning material.
The Field Medium model has strict conceptual definitions — altering them risks misleading readers and students.
6. Protection of the FM Terminology & Conceptual Framework
The following are protected under copyright and fair-use restrictions:
-
“Field Medium (FM)” as scientific framework
-
“stable vortex-resonance”
-
“process-time”
-
“field tension gradients”
-
“FM mechanics”
-
“orientation waves”
-
“local c as medium wave-speed”
-
“FM gravitational interpretation”
-
“FM particle interpretation”
These terms may be referenced academically, but not reused in competing frameworks, courses, or commercial learning products.
7. Future Access & Licensing
FM Learning Hub is currently free for early members.
However:
-
the platform may transition to a paid LMS in the future
-
new users may require paid access
-
existing registered members retain free lifetime access, guaranteed
This protects early supporters while allowing FM to scale into formal LMS environments later.
A clear notice will be given well in advance of any transition.
8. Donations and Funding Transparency
Donations received through the FM website support:
-
development of new FM educational content
-
creation of diagrams, animations and videos
-
operational costs of the Learning Hub
-
future tools like simulations and interactive models
-
travel for talks, lectures and outreach
FM is independently developed and community-supported — contributions go directly into building more learning resources.
